Built around your case

Your information stays in your corner.

Resolve stores the information you choose to bring into a case: your account details, messages, evidence, research, decisions and outcomes. It uses that record to help you pursue your resolution across channels.

Private by default

Your cases and uploaded files require authorized account access. A shared win is created only when you choose to share it, uses a separate revocable link, and leaves out your name, email, order details and conversations. You choose whether to include the company.

You choose the connections

The Chrome extension reads user-visible support content on a tab you authorize. Generic Copilot lets you paste a message yourself. Connecting Gmail allows related email to be imported and replies to be prepared; sending follows your case’s control mode and approval rules. You can disconnect an integration in Settings or Integrations.

External services

When enabled, AI and research providers receive the information needed for the selected operation. Private files may use configured storage and document-extraction providers. Account email and payments use their respective providers. Provider retention and processing depend on the services configured by the operator; local practice mode simulates these external calls.

Export, delete and control analytics

Settings provides an account export and permanent deletion with identity confirmation. Deletion removes your account and case records, revokes local access and queues uploaded files for removal. Previously delivered messages and records held by email or payment providers are outside Resolve’s database. Backups follow the deployment’s retention policy.

Optional product analytics record structured activity counts rather than message or document content. You can turn them off in Settings. Necessary credit, cost, security and service records support the operation of your account. Anonymous daily provider-cost totals remain for 30 days after deletion so spending safeguards continue to work.

Before a public launch

This page explains the implemented product controls. The operating business must publish its identity, privacy contact, applicable privacy notice and provider/backup retention details before accepting public customers.
