Terms of Service
The agreement, in plain words.
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and AGL Labs LLC (“we”), which runs Resolve. By creating an account or using Resolve, you agree to them.
The short version
- Resolve is an AI assistant that contacts companies for you. It is not a law firm and doesn’t give legal advice.
- Nothing goes to a company until you approve the case’s first message. Decisions about money come back to you.
- We can’t promise any particular outcome. Companies make their own decisions.
- Paid plans renew every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.
- You own what you bring to Resolve, and you can export or delete it.
What Resolve does
Resolve works a dispute with a company for you. It writes and sends messages, follows up, reads the company’s replies, and answers them. With the Chrome extension, it can reply in a company’s live chat. On plans that include calls, it can phone the company.
Resolve’s messages and calls are written and spoken by AI. AI can make mistakes, so read what Resolve shows you, especially offers and anything about money. Some companies may refuse to deal with an assistant. Resolve doesn’t guarantee a refund, a reply or any other outcome.
Not legal advice
Resolve is not a law firm, and using it doesn’t create a lawyer–client relationship. If your situation involves legal deadlines, a lawsuit, or serious money or rights, talk to a lawyer.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate information, and keep the way you sign in secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- An account is for one person and their own disputes.
What you authorize Resolve to do
When you approve a case’s first message, you authorize Resolve to contact that company for you about that case, in the ways you’ve allowed, until the case is closed or paused. That includes:
- Following up and replying without asking you again each time.
- Accepting a cash offer at or above the minimum you set, on your behalf. That minimum is never shared with the company.
- Phoning the company on plans with calls. The first call on a case waits for your approval. On a call, Resolve says it is an AI assistant calling for you and that the call is transcribed. It never accepts or agrees to an offer on the phone.
Some decisions always come back to you: any offer below your minimum, any offer of credit or with conditions, and confirming that money actually arrived. You can pause or close a case at any time.
Your responsibilities
Use Resolve honestly and lawfully. In particular:
- Tell Resolve the truth, and bring only disputes about your own purchases or accounts, or ones you’re authorized to handle.
- Don’t use Resolve to harass, threaten, mislead or defame anyone, or to make claims you know are false.
- Only upload files you have the right to share.
- Don’t try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Resolve, or get around its limits.
We may stop work on a case, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.
Plans, phone minutes and payment
- Plans. What each plan includes and costs is on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew each month on the date you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your plan page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Cases and minutes. A plan’s new cases and phone minutes reset at the start of each billing month, and unused ones don’t carry over. Extra minutes you buy don’t expire while your account is open. They’re used after your plan’s own minutes, and only on plans that include calls.
- Calls stay within your minutes. A call ends before it would use more minutes than you have left. A call that can’t start, or that only reaches voicemail, uses only the time it was connected.
- Email and chat are unlimited for normal personal use. Automated safety limits may pause work on a case for a while to prevent abuse or runaway costs.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment is disputed with your bank, paid work on your account pauses until it’s settled.
- Price changes. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan.
- Refunds. See Refunds & cancellation.
Your content
You own what you bring to Resolve: your messages, files and case details. You give us permission to store and process them, and to share what each task needs with the services that run Resolve, such as AI, email, phone and payment providers. We do this only to provide Resolve to you. We don’t sell your information. Privacy & your data explains what we keep and how to export or delete it.
Companies and other services
The companies you contact are independent of Resolve, and we aren’t responsible for what they do, say or pay. Resolve also relies on other providers, so parts of it may sometimes be unavailable.
Changes to Resolve
We improve Resolve over time and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimers
Resolve is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including any promise that it will get you a particular result.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the outcome of a dispute with a company.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, with notice where it’s reasonable to give it. The sections on your content, disclaimers, liability and disputes continue after an account ends.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post any changes here. For important changes, we’ll tell you by email or in Resolve before they take effect. If you keep using Resolve after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Disputes with us
If something goes wrong, write to us at contact@agl-labs.com first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.
